Refund Policy
Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel and return unused products within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Not be custom-made or personalized according to the customer's specifications
For hygiene reasons, earrings and other jewelry that have been worn are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned item and confirmed that it meets the return conditions.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Original Shipping Costs
If the entire order is returned, we will refund the standard delivery costs paid by the customer, as required by EU law.
If the original order qualified for free shipping and, after a partial return, the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost corresponding to the selected delivery method will be deducted from the refund amount.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at aspa@minta.fi. In such cases, we will refund the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
