These terms apply to the use of the byMinta online store and to ordering products from the webshop.
We reserve the right to modify these terms when necessary. Changes will take effect once they are published on the website.

Products
The products sold in the online store are handmade jewelry. Because each item is made by hand, small variations in color, shape, or details may occur between individual pieces.
Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation.
We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed through the online store. Payment is made using the payment methods available in the webshop.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.

Delivery
Orders are delivered using the delivery method selected by the customer. Delivery time may vary depending on the product’s preparation time and the selected shipping method.
Returns
Products have a 14-day right of return from the date of receiving the order.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Limitation of Liability
The online store is not liable for indirect damages related to the use of the webshop or the delivery of products.
