Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As all jewelry is handmade, production times may vary slightly depending on the product.
Shipping methods are selected at checkout. We offer the following options:
- Domestic shipping starting from 5.90€
- International shipping starting from €10.00
Shipping Areas
We ship within Finland and the EU. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.
Shipping Notes
All delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Returns
You have the right to return unused products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
- Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. For hygiene reasons, jewelry may not be eligible for return if it has been used.
- For hygiene reasons, jewelry that has been worn may not be eligible for return.
Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal through the store's Cancel Order function or by contacting customer service.
