Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. All jewellery is handmade, so processing times may vary slightly depending on the product.

European Union – Germany

We currently ship within the EU to Finland and Germany.
⚠️ Shipping to other EU countries is temporarily paused while we review country-specific requirements related to packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). We will reopen shipping to individual countries as the necessary requirements are met.

Unclaimed Shipments
Costs resulting from an unclaimed shipment, including the original shipping cost, return shipping cost and packaging materials used, will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Returns and Cancellations
You have the right to return unused products within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons, worn earrings cannot be returned.
Please note that the right of return does not apply to products that have been made or customised according to the customer’s individual specifications.
If an order qualified for free shipping but the value of the products kept after a return falls below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost of the original order will be deducted from the refund.
If the customer does not collect the order within the time specified by the carrier and the shipment is returned to us, the order will be treated as an unclaimed shipment. The customer will be refunded the price of the product minus the actual shipping and return costs. These costs include both the original shipping cost and the cost of returning the shipment.
If the customer wishes to have the product shipped again, the new shipping cost will be charged separately.
A cancellation request can be made using the “Cancel order” function in the online store or by contacting customer service.
