The U-Turn earrings feature three graphic U-shaped pieces, each turning in the opposite direction. The moving pieces give the long earrings plenty of movement, while the clean geometric shapes keep the design fresh and playful.

The earrings are made in Porvoo from Finnish birch plywood. Each pair is laser cut, painted on both sides and finished by hand. The lightweight plywood makes them comfortable to wear.

Sometimes a U-turn is exactly the right direction. 😄

  • Laser cutting leaves the plywood with a clean brown cut edge.
  • Painted on both sides with Nordic Swan Ecolabel-certified Tikkurila Helmi furniture paint, which meets the strict safety requirements for coatings used on toys.
  • Metal parts made from durable and well-tolerated 304 stainless steel
